- Pending Portin — every active port request, with carrier response and request attempts.
- Port-in Queue (Manual) — orders that have been enrolled but the port request has not been sent yet. Agents can submit on behalf of the customer.
- Failed Portin — old carrier rejected the request.
- Cancel Portin — customer changed their mind, port was canceled.
- Completed Portin — customer is fully ported in and active.
- Existing Subscriber Portin — generate a new port-in request against an active customer.
- Pending Port-in Swaps — used when the customer activated on a temporary number and is later swapping to their permanent ported number.
